Dr Vaidehi Ulaganathan is an Assistant Professor in nutrigenetic and clinical nutrition, attached to the Faculty of Applied Sciences, UCSI University located inFascinated by human performance and its underlying mechanics, Jivananthan Nair undertook studies in Sports Science and worked in Sports and Fitness while pursuing his passion in Badminton Coaching.
Coach Jiva became a household name in badminton in Malaysia and Asia in general where he conducted performance training camps for players and coach education programs.
To further find the point where science and holistic approaches meet, he pursued yogic studies and obtained accreditation as a Yoga Instructor. This same passion brought him to Bowen Therapy, which he found ideal for injury prevention, injury management and injury recovery.
Jiva currently manages Asia Badminton Academy, an international academy in Kuala Lumpur, where players and coaches from around the world come to train and learn the art of badminton. Bowen Therapy is the main modality used at the academy as part of its recovery program.
Jiva currently manages a Bowen Therapy practice and teaches Certificate in Bowen Therapy – International in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Maldives as the First Bowtech and Bowen Training Australia endorsed instructor in Malaysia.
